The exclusion occurs against a backdrop of fan unrest and administrative mishandling during the tour’s Kolkata leg, which led to the event organizer’s detention and the indignation of the supporters.
The unveiling of Messi’s statue in Lake Town is the only event from Kolkata shown in the video, which was posted on Messi’s official Instagram account. Yuva Bharati Krirangan does not have any images. Scenes from Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Delhi predominate throughout the remainder of the video. At the Hyderabad stadium, Messi is shown playing football with Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, interacting with kids, kicking the ball into the stands, and waving to onlookers.
